Where is ASM Technologies located?

We are headquartered in the United Kingdom. Distribution, logistics and engineering facilities are centrally located in Cheshire. We have offices in Cheshire and Central London. We also have offices in France (Paris) and Germany (Dusseldorf) with strategically positioned warehousing & distribution facilities across central Europe.

What products and services do you provide?

We provide a specialist service that meets all of your hardware and software procurement needs. With long-lasting relationships across the globe with market leading vendors and suppliers. ASM Technologies is perfectly placed to help you source the most complex and specific IT requirements.

We have not heard of ASM Technologies before, why not?

ASM Technologies don’t actively market via spam email and intrusive campaign activity. We are very selective and profile our customer and partner with the very best suppliers. Our growth is purely organic and by growing at our own pace we protect our service levels, continuing to meet the high expectations our customers demand.

Do you offer a web based catalogue?

We are purly a B2B business. We only deal direct with large systems integrators, value added resellers, software publishers, hardware vendors and maintenance providers. Web based applications, portals and product feeds can be provided and customised to meet our customers’ specific needs.

Does ASM Technologies have any geographical supply limitations?

We currently supply and transact products in 30 countries across 4 continents and continue to grow our global service offerings to our customers.

How does ASM Technologies ensure continual improvement?

Our success in obtaining ISO 9001:2008 and regular reporting against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) ensure that we are always striving to improve what we do. It has become part of our culture and is supported by a strong process driven environment.

Does ASM technologies have a business continuity/disaster recovery plan?

Yes. We have a fully integrated plan in place which is tested regularly. This is reviewed on a quarterly basis by our business continuity council to see if any further changes to help strengthen this can be implemented.

ASM Technologies has grown year on year despite a tough economic climate - what is the key to delivering this growth?

ASM has always delivered on the expectations set by our customers, invariably exceeding them. With ‘best in class’ service and competitive pricing, we work extremely hard for our customers to ensure we consistently provide real tangible value to their business. As a result, our customers gain significant cost savings and improved end user satisfaction.

Does ASM Technologies subcontract any of its services?

All our core services and infrastructure are provided solely by ASM. We have a UK based multi-lingual customer service and account management team, central warehousing, procurement and finance. Our couriers are subcontracted and logistics providers who are specialists and leaders in their respective fields.

We are always looking at ways to improve the infrastructure and skills within the business to ensure that we move with the times, stay ahead of our competition and are an attractive partner for existing and new clients alike taking new and innovative solutions to them.
