Recycling...all the way to the bank

Quite apart from being unsightly and unloved, old or faulty IT equipment is a waste. A wasted resource. A waste of expensive office space. A waste of capital outlay.

Yet there is a way of unlocking the value that lies in your old kit. We’ll reconfigure it for reuse. Or buy it from you, resell it for you, or manage its sale to your staff. All of which results in a capital return. And a much less cluttered office.

Why pay for disposal, when disposal can pay you?

As a business you have a duty of care, to dispose of old IT equipment in a legally approved way. With ASM, being environmentally friendly can also be financially advantageous – we can recycle or reclaim components from virtually any piece of hardware, regardless of manufacturer, with the aim of reselling and re-use.

Reclamation takes place in a secure area inside our logistics centre. We produce a traceable audit of all equipment assets and operate an extremely rigorous data erasure policy.

Completely unusable parts we dispose of according to the European Commission’s WEEE directive.
