| Where are ASM located? | |
| ASM’s offices, logistics and distribution facilities are based in Winsford, Cheshire. We are centrally located within the United Kingdom. | |
| How do you offer such strong pricing? | |
| We have consolidated millions of pounds of spend across thousands of manufacturers and suppliers. We are able to utilise the economies of scale and combine them with in-house processes and efficiencies that deliver dynamic results and proven costs savings. | |
| What are the immediate benefits to my organisation? | |
| We provide products and services at competitive rates both directly and through the consolidation of tier 2 & tier 3 suppliers. This generates back office cost savings, improves customer service levels and offers better terms of trading. Lower transaction costs coupled with greater supply chain flexibility are also key factors in our service provision. | |
| Are ASM just a web-based business? | |
| No. We offer dedicated Account Management by experienced product specialists. We do offer secure and bespoke web based tools via our client portal area, but these are there to complement our Account Management skills, not replace them. You will always get straight through to a human voice when you call. | |
| We have not heard of ASM before, why not? | |
